Colombia Cauca Popayan Washed process, high elevation (1800m+). A bit more punchy for a washed coffee with some fun, uncommon flavors.

Barista's Recommendation
For Pour-over: 1:16 ratio works well for this one. Water temp a bit lower than usual (203f) for a washed coffee to avoid any of the roast taking over the subtle fruit.
For Espresso: 1:2.5 ratio. Use a long, low pressure pre-infusion (2-3bar). Ramp up to 8-9 bar after first drips and let fall back to ~5bar by the end.
Alternatively, a traditional 1;2 shot will pull more nuttiness, which works really nice as a base for milk drinks.
